Salute to the Flag and Roll Call.
Mrs. Nacerino introduced the following Resolution for Authorize Stipulation of Agreement Between Employee and
Town Regarding Resignation

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Patterson (“Town Board”) has received notice that Sandra Coe wishes to resign from her position as Recreation Director, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to accept the resignation of Sandra Coe from her position as Recreation Director, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board finds it in the best interest of the Town to enter into a Stipulation of Agreement with regard to Sandra Coe’s resignation;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Patterson hereby accepts the resignation of Sandra Coe from the position of Recreation Director upon the terms and conditions as stated in the Stipulation of Agreement, a copy of which is annexed hereto and made a part hereof, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Patterson hereby authorizes the Supervisor of the Town of Patterson and any other Town Board member to sign the Stipulation of Agreement and all related documents regarding the resignation of Sandra Coe in the form annexed hereto and made a part hereof, and to execute any and all documents necessary to give effect to this resolution on behalf of the Town of Patterson.

Mr. Griffin introduced the following Resolution for Authorization to Sign Contracts for the Purchase of Real
Property Adjacent to

WHEREAS, the Town of
WHEREAS, a thorough search of the properties available in the Town of Patterson for the construction of a new courthouse revealed that the only suitable property for said construction is located behind the Patterson Town Hall, and is designated as Tax Map Numbers 3.16-1-21, 3.16-1-22 and 3.16-1-23, respectively (hereinafter referred to as the “parcels or the subject parcels”), and
PATTERSON TOWN BOARD
WHEREAS, on or about September 2006 the Putnam Community Foundation has entered into a Contract of Sale with the owners of the subject parcels, namely William Jeannitton and Linda Jeanniton, wherein the Putnam Community Foundation would purchase from said owners at least two of the subject parcels, and
WHEREAS, the Putnam Community Foundation has assigned, and the Town of Patterson has accepted the assignment, of all of Putnam Community Foundation’s right, title and interest in and to the aforementioned Contract of Sale to the Town of Patterson, and
WHEREAS, the Town of Patterson wishes to purchase the parcels by paying the Mortgagee the purchase price as stated in the Contracts of Sale annexed hereto and made a part hereof to satisfy the outstanding mortgages, and
WHEREAS, in order to consider the aforementioned transaction, the Mortgagee has required a separate contract of sale for each parcel, and
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS, the Town of
WHEREAS, it is imperative to have the Contracts signed prior to the next regular Town Board Meeting, in order to avoid a foreclosure of the subject parcels, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board has called a special meeting in which to pass this Resolution as well as for other unrelated matters;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Patterson hereby accepts the terms of the Contracts of Sale, in the form attached hereto and made a part hereof, and hereby authorizes the Supervisor of the Town of Patterson to sign said Contracts of Sale, in the form attached hereto and made a part hereof, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of
